Outside is your own tranquil setting, with a large wrap around garden with beautiful lawn area, large patio area complete with an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating area. There is a tranquil lake with decked area to sit with your morning cup of coffee or evening gin and tonic in the sunshine.

Ground Floor
Park up on the ample size private driveway and enter into the private entrance hall with space for shoes and coats.

Sitting/Dining Room
This gorgeous light and spacious room with views across all aspects of the garden is sure to be the hub of the home, with large sitting area complete with two large sofa and arm chair, positioned to make the most of the roaring wood-burning stove and TV (With on demand content).

The dining area offers a large wooden dining table comfortably seating eight, allowing you space for quality meal times together.

Study
Sit back at the desk and enjoy a good book, or catch up on emails whilst taking in the views of the lake.

Kitchen
The cook of the party is sure to enjoy this newly fitted luxurious kitchen, offering an AGA, electric oven with grill, four ring induction hob, American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. There are bar stools at the kitchen island.

A perfect space to sit back and relax, or for the children to enjoy there own space, with a large sofa and TV (With on demand content).

By the lake there is an undercover area with another outdoor table and chairs, perfect for using whilst taking in the views.

The lake is completely open so please be careful of children and dogs. Enjoy the decked veranda and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening G&T.
