Benefit from your own private parking space before entering into this self-contained property, heading straight into the kitchen/diner, home to a range of appliances to assist you on your self-catered stay, including a washing machine, with a dining table to enjoy your home-cooked meals at. Continue through into the homely sitting room, home to two plush sofas to relax on and a Freeview TV, with patio doors leading out to your own delightful, enclosed patio garden where you can indulge in dining alfresco on a summer's eve. Retire to the attractive king-size bedroom, complete with fitted wardrobes and a dressing table, and served by the shower room with a walk-in shower. Find all your need on your stay just a stroll away, with shops, pubs and restaurants scattered in the area, and the beach lying just a mile away. Explore the beautiful golden sands of Appley Beach with some of the warmest waters on the island in summer, bordered by a lush green park, it's the perfect spot to spend the day.
