Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.7 miles, pub on-site. Note: Check-in from 3pm and check-out by 9am. Note: Though the caravan is single-storey, there are three steps up onto the decking and inside. Note: Guests will have access to on-site facilities and some require a leisure access pass, purchasable at reception - please consider this on the first day of your stay. Facilities include an indoor pool and splash zone, a bar and restaurant, an entertainment venue, an outdoor terrace, and 10 fishing ponds across 150 acres of Sussex countryside. Please note: The swimming pool will be closed until March 7th and the club house hours will be 4pm onward until March 7th
