Summary
The property is a charming, old cottage in a great location for walking, but the stay was marred by issues including cold kitchen and bathroom, ineffective heating, black mould in multiple areas, lack of kitchen utensils, pilling bedsheets, and no internet connection. Positives include a welcoming atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.
The property
Fern House is a simply wonderful, Grade II listed cottage in the quaint country village of Leintwardine in Herefordshire. Bursting with character and charming original features, this is a heart-warming stay for a relaxing getaway never to forget.
