The second-floor plays host to a spacious mezzanine double bedroom with a sloped, beamed ceiling and traditional wooden flooring providing character to the room, plus a dressing table and a seating area with TV to offer a private spot away from the group. There is also the added benefit of an en-suite shower room and views towards the surrounding fells that can also be appreciated from this level. The other two bedrooms can be found on the first floor and include a double and a twin bedded, served by a large bathroom with choice of bath and shower over. Walkers will be in awe of exploring the area with a number of a scenic walks from the door – the more adventurous will love to tackle the Great Rigg and Helm Crag whilst those looking for a gentler route can enjoy a walk around the beautiful waters of Grasmere. Dove Cottage can be found not far from the property and is a great choice for those wanting to learn about the everyday life of William Wordsworth.
