Mount Sol is a comfortable detached bungalow located just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Ambleside at the peaceful lower slopes of Wansfell.

The village centre is full of independent shops, bars and cafes and there are walks in almost every direction making it the perfect base for a walking holiday too. Just a stroll away from the centre is Waterhead pier where you can enjoy an afternoon on the shores of Lake Windermere from Wateredge Inn, alternatively hop onto a Lake Cruise and explore nearby Windermere and Lakeside.
