There is also a secure utility room with washing machine and freezer, ideal for storing bikes and drying wetsuits, muddy boots and outdoor clothing.
While in the area, a visit to Brantwood is a must. This grand old residence was once home to John Ruskin and regularly holds talks, concerts, craft workshops and the occasional theatre production.
