The second bedroom offers a twin with a TV. A single bedroom provides additional sleeping space. There will never be any rushes when it comes to getting ready as this cottage features both a bathroom, with a gorgeous roll top bath, and a shower room on the ground-floor. Get ready in style, whether that be a steamy rinse or indulgent soak! Immerse yourself in the local history by visiting the nearby Brough Castle, offering breathtaking views over the Eden Valley, or journey slightly further afield to discover the enchanting Appleby Castle. Explore the outstanding beauty of the Pennine Way by visiting the sensational High Cup Nick, boasting a magnificent U-shaped glacier valley bound to impress. Enjoy serene walks through the beautiful Stenkrith Park, where the River Eden has carved fascinating sculptures in its sandstone bed, or take a trip to Rutter Force, a picturesque waterfall which also hosts a working mill. Fuel and power inc. in rent, 1 bottle of gas. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available for two cars. Enclosed rear patio with furniture. Playground, zip wire and football pitch less than 50 metres from the property. Will be decorated for Christmas on request. Please note: the property can only accommodate 15 people at a time for occasions e.g. BBQs. Please be mindful from 10pm - noise levels to be kept to a minimum following this.
