Also on the first-floor is a double bedroom with FreeSat TV, and a single bedroom, together with a superb family bathroom that has a spectacular Jacuzzi bath, underfloor heating, and a lakeland slate-tiled floor. On the second-floor you will find three more bedrooms, including the master bedroom that boasts an en-suite shower room, a TV and a double sofa bed, plus an additional bathroom. Outside is a secluded, enclosed, southwest-facing patio area, that offers secure, covered bike storage. There are excellent amenities right on the doorstep, with specialist food shops including a bakery and butcher selling award-winning pies located nearby. Being so close to the beautiful Lake District, why not drive over to Newby Bridge and Lakeside to hop on board the Windermere Steamer and travel up to Bowness-on-Windermere and Ambleside? The Aquarium at Lakeside and the steam railway will keep the younger guests entertained, whilst in Cartmel, be sure to visit the Priory, enjoy one of the excellent pubs, or dine in style at the famous L’Enclume restaurant.
