The property

Combe Cottage is a delightful, end-terrace cottage resting in the quiet quaint village of Silecroft, Cumbria. Enjoying views of the towering mountain of Black Combe and easy access to a range of the Lake District National Park's sights, and the coast; Combe Cottage is an idyllic setting for a couple or a family of four, including of course the family pet. When arriving at the property, you will be pleased to find on-street parking, and ample outside secure storage, before making your way to the lovely cottage. Head inside to be welcomed by the pleasant sitting room, where many evenings can be enjoyed with the family around the electric fire, whether that be curled up with one of many books, playing a variety of games, or enjoying a show on the Smart TV. When you're feeling peckish, make your way through the original slate floored dining room, to the kitchen, where you can rustle up home cooked meals with the handy appliances available, and having eaten it off the Cornishware by the dining room dresser and fireplace, pop any dishes in the dishwasher. As the day winds to a close, go upstairs to find two lovely bedrooms with new mattresses this season; one of which is a double with views of the mountain and the other being a twin, both with access to the modernised bathroom, where soothing soaks can be had amongst the bubbles. On sunny days, catch the rays in the back patio whilst your furry friend stretches their legs. You can easily travel to many good pubs, including the pretty village of Broughton in Furness that has many excellent eateries, or Brockwood Hall where you can eat and drink. A highly praised chef at The Punch Bowl at the Green known for his barbecues and steaks. Takeaway food and grocery delivery services, enjoy a walk down the beach for fish and chips at Haverigg.
Combe Cottage is within easy reach of the hiking trail up Black Combe, Silecroft Golf Club and Silecroft Beach; meaning you won't need to travel far to keep yourselves entertained!
