Head outdoors for some fresh air and to truly appreciate your tranquil surroundings, and at night, be sure to make use of the binoculars to admire the stars before returning indoors to catch some rest in the king-size bedroom. Awaken to a refreshing shower or a long soak in the bath, before kick-starting another day of exploration. On your doorstep you'll find the beautiful River Tees for strolling alongside, before reaching some of the local amenities, including the Forresters Bar & Restaurant, Middleton in Teesdale Sports and Social Club, Teesdale Hotel, The Tees'pot, and a Co-op. For attractions, follow the Tees Valley Railway Walk, discover the flowing waters of the Low Force Waterfall, tour the Summerhill Force & Gibson's Cave, enjoy stunning vistas from the Grassholme Observatory, hike towards the Black Force Waterfall, or trek up to the scenic point of Cauldron Snout, or if you're a skiing fan, the Weardale Ski Club is nearby.
