Two bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor double, 1 x twin suited more to children. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area

Central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer. Smart TV with, HUMAX freesat box and Roku stick to access streaming services, bluetooth speaker for music, DVD player; TV and Roku stick also in upstairs bedroom; selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking next to property; parking space also in car park above the property, accessed via Thrang Brow . Front gravelled area with bench and access to communal garden. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.4 miles. Note: The stairs are steep, please take care. Note: There is limited head height in the upstairs twin room therefore it is more suited to children. Note: check in strictly 4pm.
