Situated in the foothills of Blencathra Fell, Whitbarow Village has plenty of entertainment for the whole family. Originally converted from an 18th century Cumbrian farm, the village offers guests a good range of facilities including use of a heated indoor swimming pool, children's splash pool, sauna and gym. The village grounds are also home to a crazy golf course, putting green and giant outdoor draughts/ chessboard, as well as a children's adventure centre ensuring you'll have plenty to do whatever the weather. If you can tear yourselves away the historic town of Penrith is a short drive away and even Lake Windermere is less than a half hour drive or pop dowmn to Ullswater one of the Lake District's most romantic lakes.
