Guests found to be in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the property with no refund given. You will be asked to confirm the number of guests staying at the property when booking. If there is evidence of over-occupancy and it is verified by the owner, all occupants will be asked to leave the property. This impacts the owner’s insurance and breaches the rental agreement. Guests are kindly reminded — in line with the rental agreement — that the property must be left in the same or similar state of order and cleanliness in which it was found. Failure to leave the property in a reasonable state may result in an additional cleaning charge being invoked (minimum charge £150).
