Two conveniently located off-road parking spaces directly outside the property mean that you can leave your car and take the train into the city to explore without thinking about the hassle or the cost of parking. Head inside to find a well-presented open-plan living space, where a comfortable sofa rests in front of the Smart TV, so you can unwind with your loved ones after an exciting day out in one of the nearby towns. Make your way through the space to find the kitchen, where the chef of the group can make use of the ample food preparation areas, a local butchers and farmers market can provide you with all the produce you may need. Dinner can be enjoyed at the nearby dining table, which can seat up to six people, so you can dine with friends. The family bathroom features a full size bath and over head shower, so you can soak away the day after your adventures. Two thoughtfully laid-out double bedrooms are equal in the comfort and style stakes, the first bedroom features a king-sized bed with a Smart TV and the other a comfortable double meaning that this property is perfect to holiday with friends as there are two similar sized bedrooms, for children additional beds or a travel cot can be provided when requested at booking.

The large village of Saxilby is a great destination for your stay, with convenience stores and a selection of eateries within walking distance; be sure to get to know the area, and embark on a leisurely walk along Foss Dyke. The history buffs of the group will be pleased with a trip to the stunning city of Lincoln, where the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, the Norman fortress of Lincoln Castle and The Collection all make for a great outing; the city is home to so much more to see, from the beautiful Arboretum park and West Common, to the Lincoln Marina and Steep Hill. There are also great attractions to visit just outside of the city, including the independent Doddington Hall with award winning farm shop and cafe, the 100 acres of Hartsholme Country Park and the Whisby Nature Reserve where the Natural World Centre can be found. For antique and vintage buffs the property is a short drive to Hemswell Antiques centre, with regular antique fairs being held in Newark, a thirty minute drive away.
