The sitting room, complete with a Smart TV and a warm woodburning stove, provides a welcoming space to unwind and relax with your favourite film after a day of exploring Barmouth's beautiful coastline. A handy utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, ensuring all your laundry needs are catered for during your stay. Outside, the front garden features an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink, whilst soaking up the tranquil surroundings and exceptional far reaching views of the town and sea. When it's time to retire for the night, ascend the stairs to find two inviting bedrooms, a king-size and a double, both offering a peaceful setting for a rejuvenating night's sleep. Note: There is no road access to the cottage (even to drop off bags) and whilst the path or steps to the house only take a few minutes from the main street, this cottage is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: the property can not accept arrivals on a Sunday
