To your left, a door will lead you to the second sitting room, with a superb grandfather clock, additional seating for five guests, a further woodburning stove and a TV to cuddle up in front of with your favourite DVD – a great hideaway for the children whilst the adults swap stories next door. Straight ahead of you to the left of the stairs are two steps leading to the fully-fitted kitchen with dining area, offering seating for eight, a TV and a lovely AGA – an inviting focal point for a family meal to remember. To the right there’s a handy utility room, with a cloakroom adjacent to it.
