Across the reception room is the open-plan, farm-style kitchen/diner with games room completed with an oak finish throughout. Following this room is the utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and the downstairs shower room, which includes a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Located upstairs are the contemporary styled bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a super king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and three windows to fill the room with natural light. You will also find a modern en-suite bathroom within this bedroom. Across the landing is the king-size bedroom, a well-presented room with good quality furniture. Additionally, the house includes a double bedroom and a charming triple bedroom with 3 single beds. The family bathroom features a modern styled space with a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, along with the fantastic views of the rural countryside, is a large drive way with plenty of space for multiple parking and a lawned area, in addition to a hot tub and patio with table and chairs. Also noteworthy are the stable facilities, where guests are welcome to bring their horse once negotiated with property owner. The village centre of Caersws can be located within a 15-minute drive, where you’ll find the local shop and pub. For days out in the surrounding area, you can explore Dolforwyn Castle, which is a half-hour drive from the cottage or discover the scenic Llyn Mawr, only a 15-minute drive away and the perfect spot to see the wildlife in the area.
