The property is ideal for walkers with direct access onto the Ceredigion Coastal footpath.
The farmhouse is located on a small holding with horses and sheep in the adjoining fields. Situated at the end of a quiet private lane, it is within easy walking distance (approx. 20 mins) into the fishing village of New Quay whether you choose to walk along the coastal footpath or by road.
There are spectacular views from the property which is located between the popular fishing village of New Quay and the smugglers cove Cwm Tydu.
There are several secluded beaches only accessible on foot and the famous Birds Rock is a short stroll from your doorstep.
