A contemporary townhouse with fantastic coastal views, 26 Awel Y Mor is a wonderful getaway to Wales, resting in the coastal village of Pwllheli and ideal for a family or group of friends. Set over three floors, you will find the wonderful open-plan living area on the second floor, with contemporary décor, stylish furniture and plenty of light being drawn in from the double glass doors, opening up onto a balcony, an ideal spot for a glass of your favourite beverage in an evening. This social hub sports a well-stocked kitchen ideal for cooking up a storm, as well as a dining area and a sitting area with a corner sofa, ideal for a family film night. Throughout the property there are four well-presented bedrooms, including a first-floor super king-size with Juliet balcony and en-suite, a first-floor double, a ground-floor double, and a ground-floor bunk along with a first-floor bathroom and a ground-floor shower room great for freshening up after a long day at the beach. Outside, enjoy a coffee in the morning sunshine in the garden before heading out to explore the local area. Pwllheli is a wonderful coastal town with a great selection of shops, cafes, pubs and eateries, as well as a golf club and marina. There are several beaches within easy reach of the town, including Pwllheli Beach and Traeth Glan-y-Don, and a little further from the property you will be able to explore the beautiful scenery of the Llŷn Peninsula at Llŷn Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where there are many scenic walks through wildlife areas to be enjoyed. History lovers will enjoy a trip to Criccieth Castle, and there is also the option of Harlech Castle and its wonderful sandy beach, as well as loads of coastal walks and a selection of museums. Travel to Snowdonia National Park to enjoy a hike through breath-taking scenery, or to take part in wild swimming, water sports and action-packed adventures at Zip World, or there is the option of visiting the stunning Anglesey where you will find many beaches, watersports activities, places to enjoy the wildlife and Anglesey Sea Zoo.
