Arrival days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. Any bookings made for any other day may be cancelled. All ground floor. Open plan studio accommodation with one double bed, kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Shower room with shower, basin and WC.

Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawn and patio with hot tub. Two well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Four steps up to property. Note: The bed pulls down on top of the sitting area. Note: Hot tub is cleaned on changeover and can take up to 12 hours to be back to optimal temperature. Note: Check in is 4pm. Note:This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250. No infants allowed.
