Kick off your muddy boots and hang your coat up in the porch area before entering the cottage, head right and be greeted by the beautifully finished double bedroom. The light furnishings and classy en-suite make it the perfect spot to get your much needed rest after a long day of exploring. The rest of The Ramblers' Annex is conveniently open plan, the galley-style kitchen provides everything that you will need, with two utility rooms for any other essentials that you decide to bring along. This is not just a rambler's cottage, but it can simply be used for a peaceful, romantic bolthole. The relaxing sitting area is the ultimate chill-out zone, it offers comfortable seating, a TV and a woodburning stove to turn those brisk, chilly nights into warm and cosy evenings. This cottage can be enjoyed any time of year, the stunning, extensive lawns offer a great space for you and your pooch to stretch your legs or sit down and enjoy a drink. Mattishall is the perfect place for the Ramblers' Annex, a pretty and tranquil village that provides a friendly village pub and a useful shop to acquire your essentials for the week. Nearby the attractive city of Norwich is a fabulous day out with much to see and do in the way of historical landmarks, shops, galleries and pretty parks. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine with 2 free pods, washing machine, dishwasher, travel cot, TV with Sky (movies, Sky Sports, BT sports), WIFI, selection of books. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (you are welcome to bring your own bedding, please inform Sykes if you wish to do so). Ample off road parking. Shared lawn with furniture (this may be stored during periods of bad weather - so please ask the owner if you'd like it brought out). One well-behaved pet welcome - please be aware the owners dogs may also be present in the shared lawn area. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.
