Gorse Bank is well situated within walking distance of the amenities of Abersoch which as well as the beaches for which it is famous (in fact it is something of a mecca for watersports enthusiasts), the town also has an excellent range of shops and eateries. Head out for the day to attractions such as Greenwood Family Park, Pwllheli Children’s Farm Park, Ffestiniog Railway, Dwyfor Ranch Rabbit Farm and Animal Park and Snowdonia National Park. National Trust sites include Plas yn Rhiw and the Llyn Peninsula, with towns like Porthmadog, Portmeirion, Harlech and Criccieth also worth a visit while you are in the region.
