A charming Grade II listed, detached cottage dating back to the early 17th century, situated adjacent to the owner's home, in a peaceful rural setting just 1.5 miles from the Royal Charter town of Caerwys, in beautiful Flintshire. This cottage near Caerwys was the birthplace of Dr Thomas Wynne, the personal physician of William Penn and one of the original settlers of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
It offers an ideal central location for touring all of North Wales and Cheshire, and for enjoying the abundance of outdoor activities on offer in the area.
