Property sleeps a maximum of 9 adults and 2 children 12 years and under using the two sofa beds which are located in the master bedroom ( please request bed linen if needed ) High chair and cot are available on request.

Note: The gate at the rear garden leading to the forest is unsafe due to a steep hill and should not be used, guests should access the forest by walking around the house via the safer route. Please note: This property does not accept hen or stag parties and asks that the hot tub is not used after 10pm. If a same sex party please enquire first. This is a residential area so we ask kindly that you keep noise to a minimum after this time. Note: There is a fire pit at the property but it is not in use. Please do not put anything in it as it is a fire hazard. Note: Hot tub maintenance takes place at around 8:00 AM on changeover days.
