Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. Property sleeps a maximum of 9 adults and 2 children 12 years and under using the two sofa beds which are located in the master bedroom ( please request bed linen if needed ) High chair and cot are available on request.

Off road parking available in a double garage for a car up to 1.8m high, lockable with a fob to be left in the property. Front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub. Rear garden with lawn. Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.7 miles. Note: The gate at the rear garden leading to the forest is unsafe due to a steep hill and should not be used, guests should access the forest by walking around the house via the safer route. Age 21 and above to book. Note: There is an EV charger at the property please contact the owner to use.Once the car is charged an app calculates the cost, this will be sent you and a link for payment. Cost is 0.35p per KW. Please note: This property does not accept hen or stag parties and asks that the hot tub is not used after 10pm. If a same sex party please enquire first. This is a residential area so we ask kindly that you keep noise to a minimum after this time. Note: There is a fire pit at the property but it is not in use. Please do not put anything in it as it is a fire hazard. Note: Hot tub maintenance takes place at around 8:00 AM on changeover days.
