Enjoying a superb location with easy access to the Snowdonia National Park, and just moments away from the renowned Black Rock Sands Beach and Porthmadog, Ty Glan Morfa is a fantastic pet-friendly setting for couples or a family of five. The property benefits from off-road parking for three cars, an enclosed rear garden with patio with furniture, perfect for indulging in a spot of alfresco dining. Be welcomed into the well-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can rustle up tasty dishes ready to savour at the dining table for five over a bottle of wine. Continue through to the sitting room, where you can kick-back and relax on the plush sofas as your favourite show plays out on the flat screen TV. After a day of exploring, wash away the day in the well-appointed shower room, with separate cloakroom for convenience. When sleep calls, three tastefully decorated bedrooms await, a double, a twin and a single.
