Step into the light, welcoming hallway which leads you towards the homely sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV: Freeview, DVD and a Wii to entertain you. The kitchen diner is spacious with stylish fixtures and fittings with all of the appliances that you will need, including a fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine. The dining table is extendable and caters for six people when extended The bungalow hosts three well- presented bedrooms, all with a seaside concept, 1 king sized bedroom, a twin room and a bunk bedroom all with plenty of clothing storage. The modern and inviting tiled bathroom offers a bath and a separate shower cubicle with feature multi jet shower panel. At the rear of the property sits the private garden with a well- maintained lawn and fully furnished decking area, perfect for enjoying the weather on a sunny day with its south facing aspect. Morfa Nefyn is a charming seaside village with easy access to the beach, the bungalow is within a short walk of the local shops, Cafe Porthdinllaen and the recently refurbished Cliffs Inn. The world famous Nefyn Golf Club is within 10 minutes walk offering a dramatic setting on the cliff top overlooking the Rival Mountains and views to Anglesey. The foot path leads through the course to the Ty Coch Inn in the former smugglers’ cove of Porthdinllaen- one of the most popular pubs on the Peninsula and voted the 3rd most popular beach bar in the world.
Just a short distance away is the lovely Nefyn, offering a good range of amenities as well as a maritime museum. Abersoch and Pwllheli are both nearby and are well worth visiting as two of North Wales' very popular seaside resorts. The Bungalow is a wonderful cottage in a great coastal location.
