The property

Sarn Meyllteyrn 3.1 miles. Bryn Meillion is a delightful, detached cottage on an elevated position in Rhiw near Sarn Meyllteyrn, Gwynedd. Offering spectacular sea views of Porth Neigwl, or Hell's Mouth, the property is perfectly located on the Llŷn Peninsula for a family or group of four's holiday in North Wales. You'll find plenty of off-road parking right in front of the art deco cottage with its pastel blue exterior and bay windows. Be welcomed by a bright and airy living/dining room with floor to ceiling windows framing the incredible, panoramic views; tuck into breakfast and watch the rolling waves or dine with the sunset at the table for four. Musical guests are welcome to play on the piano, whilst a Smart TV, two cushioned sofas and a woodburning stove await in the sitting area for relaxing evenings. Compact yet well-equipped, your favourite recipes can be whipped up in the kitchen, complete with an electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. The handy utility is just next door to throw sandy towels in the washing machine ready for another beach day! Hosting two bathrooms, finish sandy days with a hot bubble bath in the ground-floor bathroom, or climb the stairs for a refreshing shower. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor with an ornate feature fireplace and storage space, whilst another two doubles rest upstairs. Both are thoughtfully decorated with traditional cottage furnishings, one offering sea views every morning, whilst the other looks onto the rolling hills. Start your day with a hot beverage on the front patio to marvel at one of the best views in Wales right from your doorstep; the garden has plenty of lawn areas for your canine companions to roam and relax in the sunshine. Nearby attractions include Plas yn Rhiw, a National Trust 16th-century manor house overlooking the bay or pack your beach essentials and spend the day on Porth Neigwl, an idyllic sandy beach. The village of Sarn Meyllteyrn is home to Tŷ Newydd Sarn, a traditional Welsh pub, and a village shop, whilst Aberdaron is a must visit for coastal walks, surfing and boat trips to Bardsey Island (Ynys Enlli). The bustling seaside village of Abersoch is also within easy reach for an abundance of watersports along scenic bays, Abersoch Golf Club and plenty of seafront eateries. Further along the peninsula lies Pwllheli, Criccieth and Porthmadog, all steeped in Welsh history. For an unforgettable holiday in North Wales, gather your loved ones at Bryn Meillion.
