Filey 2.4 miles. No30 Elm Rise is a lovely single-storey lodge settled onto a holiday park in Gristhorpe near Filey, ideal for a family looking for a getaway to North Yorkshire. Enter into this delightfully furnished lodge to discover an open-plan living space with a light an airy atmosphere. Here there is a contemporary kitchen space with a range of amenities to cater to your culinary needs, as well as a dining table where family mealtimes can be enjoyed. The sitting area is a charming space to recline with a good book and a coffee beside the electric fire stove, after a day of exploring the local area. When sleep calls, freshen up in the shower room before cosying up for the night in one of the three well-presented bedrooms, choosing between a double with en-suite cloakroom and two twins. Outside there is a decking space with furniture, ideal for reclining in an evening and reflecting on your day over a glass of your favourite beverage. Gristhorpe is a lovely coastal village with a local pub, The Brigghouse, which also serves hearty meals, and is close to Cayton Bay Beach. For more amenities and attractions, head over to the town of Filey, where guests can visit the Filey Bird Garden and Wildlife Park, and make the most of the great selection of local shops, pubs and eateries, with options including Filey Bay Café, The Buccaneer, and the Station Hotel. Filey has a local museum, sailing club, golf course and many coastal walks, including those at Filey Brigg Cliffs & Viewpoint and the extensive Filey Beach.
