New Tower House, 10 Pear Tree Court is situated in a quiet courtyard off Aldwark in the centre of York. Sheltered by the tree covered Bar Walls and New Tower itself (1380AD).

A short stroll from the house takes you to the Minster, Shambles, Theatre Royal and many excellent shops and restaurants. There are too many attractions to mention individually, you will be spoilt for choice.

This is the perfect house from which to explore York on foot.

It also has the advantage of food delivery if you don't wish to venture out.

First Floor: Master bed room with an en-suite shower, washing basin and dressing room/Study. Second Floor: Double bedroom, Bathroom with over bath power shower. Driveway parking for one car. Small front garden. Enclosed rear patio with table and chairs

Gas central heating. Electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dish washer, washing machine, toaster and kettle, hair dryer. Smart TV and unlimited WiFi. Bedlinen, towels and kitchen towels provided. Welcome tray. Sorry, no pets , smoking, children under 16 or stag/hen parties. Check in from 4 pm. Check out by 10am. The property only accepts bookings Weekly Friday to Friday for 7 days. Weekends Fri to Mon for 3 days, Midweek Mon to Fri (not Thurs) for 4 days
