Gas central heating with multi-fuel stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, a selection of books and board games. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for stove available to purchase locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Loading/unloading only close to property. Parking in public car park 5 mins walk at top of steep hill (charges apply 9am - 6pm 1st March - 31st Oct). One well-behaved dog welcome and second would be considered on request. Please enquire first if you wish to bring any other kind of pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk. Beach 3 mins walk.
