In the historic seaside resort town of Scarborough, on a street looking out to sea, you’ll find Royal Victoria House in all its grandeur and glory—an incredible mid-terrace home set across four floors. Perfect for a large family, a group of friends, or perhaps a mix of both, it comfortably sleeps fifteen guests within seven bedrooms and is just minutes from the sea on foot. Step inside the lofty hallway, where your eyes are drawn upwards to the feature lampshade, soaring ceilings, and an overall aura of elegance. On the ground floor, the inviting sitting room to the front is styled in soft, neutral tones with a Smart TV, a huge corner sofa, and a gas fire set within an ornate fireplace, all framed by tall bay windows. It’s the perfect spot to gather after a fun-filled day.The dining room, warmed by a woodburning stove, features a large table where the whole party can share a celebratory meal. Original stripped wooden floors add character, while bi-fold doors open onto the decking and enclosed garden. At the garden’s end, you’ll find a hot tub, while a lawned area gives children space to run and play, and decking offers a sunny retreat for relaxed seating. Start the day with coffee and breakfast at the breakfast bar or watch as someone whips up a hearty full English on the gas range cooker for everyone to enjoy. Upstairs on the first and second floors are seven beautifully furnished bedrooms: three king-size rooms, two family rooms, a double, and a single. More than half boast en-suite shower rooms, offering a taste of luxury for all. For the remaining rooms, a shared bathroom on the first floor provides a freestanding bath and a large walk-in shower in a fresh, white setting.
