Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find the living/dining room, an inviting space where you can unwind in front of the Smart TV, warmed by the gas fire. The dining area features a table for six, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or planning the next day's adventures. When it's time to retire for the night, choose from one of the three inviting bedrooms. The king-size bedroom offers a spacious retreat, while the double and twin rooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements to suit all parties, the twin being exclusive for children due to being located under the eaves of the cottage. The property also boasts a sleek bathroom, complete with a corner bath for those who enjoy a relaxing soak, and a walk-in shower for a quick refresh. Outside, the private courtyard with seating provides a tranquil space to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink, soaking up the peaceful surroundings of this charming cottage. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x double, 1 x twin (only suitable for 2 children). Bathroom with corner bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room with gas fire.
