Stoker’s Rest is a charming, upside-down accommodation situated in central Whitby. Offering easy access to Whitby’s amenities, including the glorious beach, Stoker’s Rest is a great base for families and couples looking to make the most of the Yorkshire coastline. Enter into the spacious reception hall where you can leave your boots and jackets before making your way upstairs to the open-plan living space. Bright and airy, here you can socialise as a group, coming together on the sofa whilst the electric fire keeps you toasty, or perching at the dining table whilst the chef of the group takes over the kitchen, offering all the essentials including a washer/dryer, so don’t bring your entire wardrobe! The bedrooms are situated downstairs and offer a king-size and twin, each neutrally presented and serviced by a bathroom with choice of bath and shower over. To the outside rests a little patio area with picnic bench, ideal for lunches in the sunshine. When you’re ready to explore, Whitby makes a fantastic holiday base; take the short walk over to Whitby Beach, a glorious sandy expanse from which you access West Pier and see the fantastic lighthouse.
