The property boasts three bedrooms, each with a pop of colour, differing from the soft blues in the living space that pay homage to the property's seaside location; the first is a king-size, with plenty of built in storage space, the second bedroom features a single bed and more built in storage space, and on the second floor, you will find a charming twin bedroom, offering a serene retreat after a busy day of exploring.

The bathroom is fitted with a bath and an overhead shower, as well as a basin, heated towel rail, and WC. White slatted shutters throughout the house allow sunlight in and privacy when needed. A handy cloakroom with a washing machine, basin, and WC is also available, adding to the convenience of your stay.

Outside, the property benefits from a separate, secure (lockable) patio garden, with a small lawn and summerhouse. Here, you can enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, while taking in the tranquil surroundings; it’s also an ideal place to store outdoor gear or hang wetsuits and beachwear.

Once you're ready to explore, take a short walk to the nearby Alnmouth beach for a day by the sea, followed by a hearty meal at one of the many restaurants and cafés to choose from.

Nearby, you can find the magnificent Warkworth Castle, whose historic walls and gardens speak volumes of its medieval grandeur.
