Adjoining the kitchen is a stylish dining area with a delightful, curved seating area and rustic dining table where you can imagine gathering together to indulge in long, leisurely meals together. A great additional space for guests to gather (or to get away from each other!) is the conservatory which has ample seating and overlooks the delightful gardens; the perfect spot for curling up with a good book. Take a boat trip which run daily from Seahouses to Farne islands where you can look out for birds and seals. Further afield there are magnificent castles to discover such as Dunstanburgh, Warkworth, Lindisfarne and Cragside, with towns such as the historic market town of Alnwick; Alnmouth known for its excellent golf course; and Bamburgh with its infamous castle.
