The property
Manor House is an ultra-modern detached cottage with large patio areas and entrance, finished with wood cladding, resting in Eastfield, just 1 mile outside of Warkworth, along the Heritage Coast of Northumberland. Find yourselves immersed in the luxurious open-plan living area with extensive floors and gorgeous views through five large window areas, across the open countryside . The kitchen has a lovely sleek, modern feel with unique high gloss two-tone units making good use of space and ease of use for the food enthusiast. This spacious holiday cottage is the perfect setting for fun families get-to-gather, hosting wedding guests or a friends united short break away. Relax on the sumptuous sofas and in the opulent breakfast bar area; Manor House presents private countryside living fit for royalty. Drift through to the splendid bedrooms and large bathroom, all beautifully presented and neutrally designed for comfortable use. In the colder months you might want to cosy together in front of the wood burning stove and huge, flat screen Smart TV. When seasons change, you can throw open both sets of the deluxe French doors, enjoy the sunshine and BBQ on the raised Indian flagstone patio or decking situated at the front of the cottage. There is also a large, brick built BBQ, with table and seating on the Indian flagstone paved entertainment area; situated to the side/rear of the gardens, taking advantage of the afternoon/evening sunshine, thereby providing three spacious, private patio areas around the Manor House to choose from. And in the warmer months, outside living and sunshine can be enjoyed from morning till sunset all around the cottage. The situation of the cottage benefits from the luscious landscapes of Northumberland, all to be enjoyed from the comfort of this contemporary, private, elevated home-from-home holiday to the beautiful unspoilt heritage coast of Northumberland. Also from the master bedroom and large bedroom at the front, you can enjoy the uninterrupted views out across verdant fields, with Warkworth Castle and Coquet Island in the distance. The ancient village of Warkworth has it's only 12th century toll bridge and Warkworth castle, Castle street leading up to Warkworth castle has been voted one of the prettiest villages in England and has all the amenities you need. The ancient market towns of Alnwick and Morpeth, centrally located, offer plentiful attractions and are also well worth a visit. From the remains of historic castles and lovely parks to ancient architecture and churches, there is plenty to see. Druridge Bay, set within Northumberland’s Heritage Coast has miles of white sandy beaches to walk and explore as well as the historic fishing village of Amble, Alnwick Castle and gardens and the National Trust's Wallington Hall. Newcastle, a vibrant city and only 30 miles south. Manor House is truly an ideal base from which to explore the stunning region of Northumberland.
