On the other side of the front door is a very comfortable sitting room with a stone fireplace and another woodburning stove, ideal to keep you warm whatever the weather is doing outside. Head up the narrow stairs to find three lovely bedrooms, one with a beamed ceiling, and also the family bathroom. Outside the cottage is a small decked area for a morning coffee, whilst just a short stroll will bring you to the centre of Tideswell with a selection of shops and cafes. Set in the centre of the Peak District National Park, Tideswell is a superb base for discovering fabulous walking and mountain bike trails. Short drives will bring you to the popular towns of Buxton and Bakewell, or you may wish to spend a day at Chatsworth House or Haddon Hall. An ideal cottage for a family holiday at any time of the year.
