Across the river you can glimpse the lovely Stokesay Castle, one of the finest and best preserved medieval manor houses in England, and on a warm evening relax with a refreshing drink or rustle up a tasty barbecue in this delightful setting. Sightings of Red Kites and soaring buzzards are common so keep your eyes to the skies! Ideally placed for exploring the local area, there is much to see and do in Shropshire with an abundance of walks, cycle rides and birdwatching all set within areas of outstanding natural beauty.
