Within easy reach is the charming hilltop town of Shaftesbury, probably most well-known as the setting for the iconic Hovis advert, filmed on its steep Gold Hill. Further afield, but still easily accessible, is the stunning cathedral city of Salisbury, as well as Wilton House, Stonehenge and the beautiful city of Bath, whilst the scenic Dorset coast also offers a lovely day out.
