Inside, you will be greeted by three inviting bedrooms with king size beds, one of which has an en-suite, equipped with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC for your convenience. The main bathroom is a luxurious retreat, where relaxation meets style. It features a sleek, steel freestanding bath and a spacious walk-in shower as well as a 65" TV inviting you to slip away from reality and indulge in pure, elegant serenity. At the heart of the home lies a wonderful open-plan space, brimming with character and original charm, featuring rustic stone brick walls and solid oak beams that tell their own story. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity, while the adjacent dining area, with its table for six, sets the stage for memorable meals and the planning of new adventures. St Dogwells Barn offers versatile accommodation for groups of 2 to 6 guests, The owners are pleased to offer a discount for smaller parties of 2 individuals; please contact the office for more details. Single-storey eco-friendly home oozing character with a vaulted ceiling open-plan living space comprising kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Three spacious bedrooms with French doors opening to the garden: 1 x king with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, 2 x king with shared use of bathroom with opulent freestanding bath, walk-in shower, handheld shower, basin, WC and 65" TV. All bedrooms also have a 40" WiFi connected smart TV. Hot tub (£50.00 fee per week) please request this at the time of booking, patio and garden.

Underfloor heating. 2 x electric oven (one is fan), gas hob, electric grill, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker. A 65" TV, books, a selection of games & high-speed WiFi is available throughout the whole of the property, the outdoor patio area and the hot tub. Fuel, power, and starter pack for wood-burning stove included in rent - further logs can be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Patio with furniture, barbecue and a hot tub with built-in light and music functionality (£50.00 fee per week) please request this at the time of booking.
