There is a lovely wildlife park on the Teifi marshes - the river Teifi flows through Cardigan, St Dogmaels and out to the sea at Poppit Sands.
There are plenty of beaches in the area such as Mwnt, Patch, Aberporth, Tresaith and Poppit.
If you enjoy walking why not try a section of the All Wales Coast Path and maybe even spot a dolphin.
