Fishing is available along a one mile stretch of the river Teifi, which is approximately a 5 minute walk away from the property, along a public footpath. This footpath extends all the way from the fields adjacent to the property along the river into Lampeter town. This is a beautiful walk where you can discover the array of wildlife on your doorstep. The birdsong in the morning is really one to experience. For the cycling enthusiast, there are a number of local tracks but in particular Brechfa Forsest, 10 miles away, is one of the finest mountain cycling circuits in the country. You could take a twenty-five minute drive to the town of Llandysul and go on a canoeing or kayaking expedition along the river Teifi or visit Aberaeron, a pretty coastal town just 20 minutes away as well Dolaucothi Goldmines, National Botanical Gardens of Wales and an abundance of lovely beaches to explore. Secure lock up facilities are available on site for kayaks and bikes (on request).
