There is a utility housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, and then a cloakroom for convenience. The adults of the group can exchange stories over a bottle of wine, wrapped around the woodburner in the sitting room. The kids can watch their favourite TV programmes across the hall, or enjoy a game of table football and fun on the Nintendo Wii up in the games room. Upstairs there are six bedrooms leading from the split-level staircase over two floors, as well as two bathrooms with deep-soaking bath tubs and separate shower cubicles. Outside is a fully enclosed garden, safe for the children to run around on a warm summer's day.
