There is a private patio area at the rear with the larger lawn space shared with the owners, including a sun porch. There are lovely walks from your doorstep looping to Dunblane and back, or else walk just over 1.5 miles to Cromlix, the luxurious hotel refurbished and reopened by tennis star and local boy Andy Murray, a delightful spot for lunch, dinner or afternoon tea. Dunblane with its spectacular cathedral has an array of shops, cafes and bars as well as a golf club and rail access to Glasgow and Edinburgh. This lovely cottage is ideally located for exploring all of central Scotland, with Stirling, The Trossachs, Loch Lomond, Gleneagles, Perth and Fife all within easy reach. The Studio is a quirky romantic cottage and the ideal getaway at any time of year.
