Located next to the owner's home and forming part of a working croft, this cosy and contemporary Highland cottage is ideal for a small family or a group of friends who want to explore the breathtaking beauty of the Black Isle and all that it has to offer. The accommodation in this Black Isle cottage is set over two floors, with two lovely bedrooms on the upper floor benefiting from pretty open views over the countryside. The large open plan living area in this Highland cottage is smart and welcoming, with a cosy woodburner, comfortable settees and a well-equipped, fitted kitchen with dining area. At the rear is a private patio and seating area, which is a perfect place for some relaxation or a quiet evening glass of wine before dinner. The village of Muir of Ord is close by and offers good local facilities, boasting its own golf club, set in an area of outstanding scenic beauty. For fishermen, the Rivers Conon and Beauly are on the doorstep and are considered to be two of the most popular salmon fishing rivers in Scotland. The area is ideally situated for trips to Loch Ness to do some monster spotting, trips to watch the dolphins jumping on the Moray Firth or even a day on the west coast and across the sea to Skye.
