Once you're ready to explore, head to the local convenience store to stock the fridge, grab a bite to eat at O'Malley's, or enjoy a tipple at the Greenside pub, before venturing to the National Museum of the Royal Navy Hartlepool or Hartlepool Docks. For a taste of the coast head to the headland to admire the wild beauty of the North Sea or venture to Seaton Carew Beach for golden shores and an array of bars including The Hidden Tap and Kitty Bills as well as traditional fish and chips!
