Set on a quiet residential road, in close distance to the City Centre and River Skell, this beautiful property welcomes you in with a striking entrance porch and gate. Be welcomed by the elegant interior as you settle in for a relaxing evening in the living/dining room, kicking back on the relaxing corner sofa for a film night with a glass of wine, followed by a cup of coffee in the private seating spot, or order a take-away to be delivered at your convenience. The kitchen is well-equipped, fitted with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, and a fridge/freezer, as well as a casual breakfast bar for quick meals. Alternatively, dine alfresco in the enclosed courtyard on a summer's day, enjoying a drink or two as your canine companions run around.
