The property

Pickwood Grange is a stunning access friendly bungalow, ideal of elderly or disabled guests. The whole of the inside and outside space is on one level. Elegant white leather Sofas populate the large lounge area, giving plenty of room for the kids to play or to watch the 98-inch TV that brings a touch of the Cinema into the heart of the home. An extensive DVD library of over 300 varied titles are provided to help the guests unwind after a busy day exploring the local area. A large and fully tiled kitchen is well stocked with every conceivable modern device form Air Fryers, to sandwich makers and even a coffee maker. For those that like to eat in whilst away, this kitchen and large dining room are ideally suited to your needs. The fully enclosed and gated lawned area is ideal for the safety of the little ones or pets. A variety of garden games and activities such as Table Tennis, Giant Chess Jenga and connect four are provided to keep everyone entertained. The property boasts two walk-in shower rooms internally and a converted Telephone Box shower outside for those wanting a rinse off after sampling the 6-person Hot Tub whilst enjoying the lovely views. There are several excellent pubs and restaurants within a 2–3-mile radius of the property all providing well priced Yorkshire fayre. The property comes equipped with a drying room for those keen walkers who enjoy a walking holiday no matter the weather and a secure bike shed for those who prefer a cycling experience. Pet lovers are welcome and the extensive Norland Moor less than half a mile from the property provides excellent dog walking space and is extremely popular with the locals and their pets. A rookery opposite the property provides a wonderful chorus of birdsong at dusk as they all return to roost.
